30-day money-back guarantee
We want you to feel good about trying Verdili. If you are not satisfied with your paid Premium or Family subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to the first payment for a plan.
How refunds are processed
Payments for Verdili are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Refunds are therefore processed by Paddle back to the original payment method. It may take a few business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
How to request a refund
You have two ways to request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net, look up your Verdili order using the email address you used at checkout, and request a refund from there; or
- Email us at support@verdili.com from the email address on your account and we will help arrange the refund with Paddle.
Cancellations and renewals
You can cancel a Verdili subscription at any time from your account settings or via the Paddle customer portal. When you cancel, your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again. Renewal charges after the 30-day guarantee window are generally non-refundable, but if you believe you were charged in error — for example, you intended to cancel and were still billed — please contact us and we will review the request in good faith with Paddle.
