1. Who you are contracting with

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Verdili ("Verdili", "we", "us"), the operator of the Verdili general-wellness app and website at verdili.com. You can contact us at support@verdili.com.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account, accessing, or continuing to use Verdili, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Notice and Refund Policy. If you are using Verdili on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation. If you are an individual user, you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.

3. The service

Verdili is a general-wellness and educational product. It helps you log daily habits (sleep, meals, hydration, movement, energy) and turns them into a Daily Signal, weekly reports, and general guidance. Verdili is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

4. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • use Verdili for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
  • upload content that infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights;
  • send spam or fraudulent messages, or attempt to impersonate another person;
  • probe, scan, scrape, or interfere with the security or integrity of the service;
  • introduce malware or attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts or systems;
  • reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the service, or circumvent usage limits.

6. Intellectual property

Verdili and its content — including the software, models, copy, branding, and design — are owned by Verdili and its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the service in accordance with these Terms and your plan. You retain ownership of the wellness data you enter; you grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service to you.

7. Plans, payments, and Merchant of Record

Verdili is offered on a Free plan and on paid Premium and Family subscription plans, billed monthly. Prices and current features are shown on our pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access to paid features continues until the end of the paid period.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all Verdili orders. Paddle handles payment processing, subscription management, billing, invoicing, tax calculation and remittance, and payment-related customer service, and provides the applicable buyer terms at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

8. Availability & changes

Verdili is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis while it is in active development. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all features will remain unchanged.

9. Warranties & liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Verdili disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law (including for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence). Subject to that, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the fees you paid to Verdili in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Verdili — with or without notice, as appropriate — if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, present a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies. You may terminate at any time by deleting your account. On termination, your right to use the service ends; you can request an export of your data before deletion by contacting support@verdili.com.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email before they take effect.
